Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@yogsadhna.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back. Please note that unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and approved, you’ll receive a refund for the cost of the product, minus return shipping fees.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll promptly review the issue and make it right.
Please note, we do not accept returns for international orders.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty or wellness items)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Digital items (e.g., audio recordings, e-books) 
Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you want a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to complete the transaction.
