Cancellation policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to digital products (such as audio recordings) and deliverable physical products purchased through the Yogsadhna online shop.

1. Digital Products (Audios, Recordings, Downloads)
  • No cancellations once purchase is completed and access/download begins.
  • Digital content is delivered instantly and irrevocably—statutory cooling-off periods do not apply.
2. Deliverable Physical Products
  • Cancellations accepted within 24 hours of order confirmation, before shipping.
  • Contact us immediately at your email to request.
  • After 24 hours or once shipped: no cancellations possible.
3. Cancellations by Us
  • If we cancel a product or delivery, we’ll offer a full refund or replacement per our Refund Policy.
