Shipping policy

At Yogsadhna, we strive to deliver your orders quickly, securely, and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, delivery options, and related guidelines.

Order Processing
  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details.
  • Processing times may be extended during high-demand periods, promotional events, or product launches.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Domestic (U.S.) orders: 5–10 business days after dispatch
    • International orders: 10–21 business days after dispatch (subject to customs delays)
    • Delivery times are only estimates and not guaranteed. Yogsadhna is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other external factors.
Order Tracking
  • Tracking information becomes available once your package is shipped and may take up to 48 hours to activate.
  • You can track your shipment directly through the link provided in your confirmation email or within your Yogsadhna account under “Order History.”
Shipping Restrictions
  • We currently ship throughout the United States and to select international countries. Availability may vary depending on regional regulations, carrier access, and product eligibility. Certain items may not be available for shipping outside the U.S. due to customs or import restrictions.
  • Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international forwarding facilities.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
  • International customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, and import taxes charged by their respective countries.
  • Yogsadhna has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
  • Refusal to pay customs fees may result in your package being returned or destroyed, and no refund will be issued.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
  • Once your order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Yogsadhna is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • If your package is lost in transit (not marked as delivered), please contact us immediately at info@yogsadhna.com so we can investigate with the carrier.
  • If your item arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist with a resolution.
Pre-Orders and Backorders
  • Items marked as pre-orders will ship on or near the advertised release date.
  • If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship once all items are available unless otherwise stated.
Address Accuracy
  • Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error cannot be refunded or replaced.
