By accessing and using our online store, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully before placing an order. By clicking SUBMIT or PAY NOW, you acknowledge your acceptance of these Terms of Service.

Order Processing and Shipping
Yogsadhna partners with multiple shipping providers, including the United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), and other authorized shipping consolidators, to fulfill all U.S. domestic and international orders.
Shipping and handling fees are calculated based on the total weight of your order, the distance from our warehouse, and—where applicable—the insured value of your shipment. These costs are determined entirely by third-party carriers and postal agencies, and are therefore outside our control.
All applicable shipping and handling fees are displayed during checkout prior to order submission. Once an order is submitted, all shipping policies and associated fees are deemed accepted.
Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing and dispatch, excluding weekends and national holidays. Upon shipment, a confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your account. Tracking details will also appear in your order history after logging into your Yogsadhna account. For some international shipments, tracking details may take up to 5 business days to display accurate information.

Stolen or Lost Packages
Once a carrier marks your package as Delivered, Yogsadhna cannot be held responsible for replacing or refunding lost or stolen orders. As carriers confirm final delivery, liability transfers to the recipient.
If you suspect theft or non-receipt of a delivered order, please take the following steps:
• Contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim.
• Verify your shipping address is correct and confirm if someone else at your location may have accepted the package.
• Check with neighbors or your property manager for misplaced deliveries.
• File a theft report with your local law enforcement if necessary.
Yogsadhna may provide supporting documentation for your carrier claim but does not issue replacements or refunds for packages reported as stolen after delivery.
If your order is reported lost before being marked as delivered, Yogsadhna will work with the carrier to investigate and determine eligibility for a replacement or refund.

Pre-Orders
We strive to ensure all pre-ordered items arrive close to their advertised release dates. However, delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Most pre-orders ship one to two days prior to their release date but never before this date.
If a release date changes or delays occur, you will be notified via email. Pre-order sales are considered final once confirmed unless otherwise stated.

International Orders, Customs, and Duties
All non-U.S. orders are classified as international orders and may be subject to import duties, customs fees, VAT, or other taxes imposed by the destination country. These additional charges must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
Yogsadhna has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, as they vary widely depending on the destination country. The recipient is responsible for verifying such fees with their local customs office prior to ordering.
By placing an order, you acknowledge responsibility for all import taxes, customs duties, VAT, and any other government-imposed fees applicable to the shipment. Failure to pay these charges may result in shipment delays or returned packages. Refunds cannot be issued for delivery refusals related to unpaid customs fees.
Please note: customs clearance requirements may cause delivery delays beyond our original estimated time frame.

Returns and Refunds
Yogsadhna accepts returns only for defective or incorrect items. Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery receipt. Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Limitation of Liability
Yogsadhna is not liable for delays, loss, or damages caused by third-party carriers, customs agencies, acts of nature, or user error in shipping address entry. Our responsibility ends once your order has been transferred to the selected carrier.

Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
